Alterio’s Catering Service is a family-oriented business established in Canonsburg, PA. Pat Alterio began the business in 1995 and by April of 1996 opened the Canonsburg location where it has flourished since. Our preparation area is a newly renovated 1,500+ sq. ft. facility.

With over 30 years in the food service industry, Pat Alterio operates his business with the highest degree of professionalism. Pat has studied at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts where he received an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology in 1994.
